Arguably the finest Prestige Cuvée Champagne is Cristal. In our 27-years of Fine Wine Delivery we have been privileged to savour this glorious Champagne on numerous occasions… including at a private luncheon in the family House in Riems. It seemed natural to name this impressive and exciting group after an equally impressive and exciting Champagne. And when any of these horses win a Stakes or Group Race, we’ll celebrate with Cristal. The palpable thrill of winning a big race… needs to be marked by a thrilling Champagne experience.
The 1st horse
(Yet to be named)... is a beautiful bay filly by Irish bred sire Charm Spirit who had 6 wins including the Ascot Queen Elizabeth Stakes. He was leading NZ 1st season sire in the 2018-2019 season.
Her Dam Whatevs... foaled 2 winners from 3 foals including gelding Tintinwin... 3 wins at 1400m in his first season with A$95,660 in stakes. And filly Sanzera sired by Proisir... 2 wins at 1200m in 2021-22 in Australia. Sanzera is now in foal to fast rising young stallion Dubious, we’re hoping this combination of speed equals lightning-fast progeny. 2nd Dam Whatever... won 4 Group 3 races and foaled impressive progeny including Blazing Miss, winner of A$469,000 in stakes... and Sejardan, winner of 3 Group races and A$1,222,000 in stakes earnings. 3rd Dam Procrastinate... foaled 16 times, 15 raced with 12 winners, most notably...
